G Suite phone support is only available to paying customers, so you need to sign into your Google Admin account and enter your phone number for them to call you. Here’s how:
- Go to https://admin.google.com/
- Sign in with your G Suite email address and password
- Click the help button (question mark icon):
- Click “Contact Support”:
- Click “Phone”:
- Enter your question or issue, then click “Continue To Phone”:
- If you see the answer to your question here you can click on it, otherwise click “Continue To Phone”:
- Choose your country, enter your phone number, and click “Call Me”:
